By accessing and using TizeNow ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

TizeNow provides a marketplace platform connecting advertisers with space partners for out-of-home advertising opportunities.

Account Creation: You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Types: TizeNow offers three account types: Advertiser, Partner, and Admin. Each account type has specific permissions and responsibilities.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Booking Process: Advertisers can browse and book advertising spots through the Platform. All bookings are subject to partner approval.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform.

Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by spot and are clearly displayed before booking. Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policy.

Content Guidelines: Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their advertising content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Listing Requirements: Partners must provide accurate information about their advertising spots, including location, dimensions, pricing, and availability.

Payouts: Partners receive payouts for approved bookings according to the agreed schedule. TizeNow retains a service fee as disclosed during onboarding.

Quality Standards: Partners must maintain their advertising spots in good condition and ensure they meet the specifications listed on the Platform.

Booking Management: Partners are responsible for managing booking requests, updating availability, and communicating with advertisers.

Service Fees: TizeNow charges service fees for facilitating transactions between advertisers and partners.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms of service.

Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the specific spot and the timing of cancellation.

Platform Content: The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TizeNow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant TizeNow a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Platform.

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

TizeNow acts as a marketplace platform connecting advertisers and partners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of spots listed, the ability of partners to fulfill bookingRequests, or the ability of advertisers to pay for bookings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TizeNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Users agree to first contact TizeNow support to attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating arbitration.

TizeNow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
